Softball Recap: Ocean Township Spartans vs. Neptune Scarlet Fliers
Ocean Township scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They blew past the Neptune Scarlet Fliers 22-2. Winning may never get old, but Ocean Township sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
For Neptune's part, Jordan Janulis made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with a triple and two RBI.
Ocean Township pushed their record up to 7-11 with that win, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Neptune, they haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-15.
Ocean Township does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Neptune, they will head out on the road to take on Brick Township at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Neptune is facing Brick Township at the right time seeing as Brick Township is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
