Lincoln and MacArthur are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2016, but not for long. The Lincoln Railsplitters will take on the MacArthur Generals at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Lincoln comes in on ten and MacArthur on three.

On Tuesday, Lincoln strolled past Sacred Heart-Griffin with points to spare, taking the game 51-37.

Lanphier typically has all the answers at home, but on Monday MacArthur proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Lions by a score of 47-34.

MacArthur's win was their eighth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 20-7. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.9 points over those games. As for Lincoln, their victory bumped their record up to 20-8.

Lincoln came up short against MacArthur in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, falling 45-40. Can Lincoln avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
