Chesapeake put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Concordia Prep Saints by a score of 30-21. The 30-point effort marked the Cougars' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Kiery Matkins was her usual excellent self, putting up 16 points and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Ella Cieri, who posted eight points and three steals.

Chesapeake's win bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Concordia Prep, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-5.

Chesapeake will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against St. John's Catholic Prep at 5:30 p.m. The timing is sure in Chesapeake's favor as the squad sits on ten straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while St. John's Catholic Prep has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road. As for Concordia Prep, they will challenge Chapelgate Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
