Baseball Recap: Southeast Comes Up Short

Southeast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 17-0 to the Kapaun Mt. Carmel Crusaders. Unfortunately, that's the first time they've come up short against the Crusaders this season, with their most recent loss being a 19-3 defeat on Tuesday.

Southeast's loss dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Kapaun Mt. Carmel, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-7 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Kapaun Mt. Carmel beat Southeast by a score of 19-3 later that day.
