Basketball Recap: Saco/Whitewater/Hinsdale Extends Winning Streak to Five

With a playoff win on the line, Saco/Whitewater/Hinsdale rose to the challenge on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 53-27 margin over Denton/Stanford/Geyser/Geraldine. Saco/Whitewater/Hinsdale has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 26 points or more this season.

The win was the fifth in a row for Saco/Whitewater/Hinsdale, bringing their record for this year to 19-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.4 points over those games. As for Denton/Stanford/Geyser/Geraldine, they moved to 16-2 with that defeat, which also ended their 15-game winning streak.
