Littleton Public Schools put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Cherokee Trail Cougars. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Littleton Public Schools also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.
Their offense was headlined by Tyson Haufschild and Brady Wiggers, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Hayden DeJager and his 19 assists.
Littleton Public Schools' win bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Cherokee Trail, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7.
Littleton Public Schools wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Bear Creek on the 15th. Cherokee Trail will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Valor Christian at 6:30 p.m. on April 1st. This will be Cherokee Trail's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
