In other batting news, Taelyn Holley was incredible, getting on base in all five of her plate appearances with one home run, four runs, and two stolen bases. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in March. Kenzie Farrier was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, two doubles, and one run.

Murrieta Mesa kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They are 14-2 when they post 11 or more hits.

The victory (which was Murrieta Mesa's third in a row) raised their record to 17-7-1.
