Cuero won the last time they faced Rockport-Fulton and things went their way on Saturday too. The Cuero Gobblers walked away with a 5-2 win over the Rockport-Fulton Pirates. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Gobblers.

Cuero let Julianna Cox and Audrey Kremling run wild. Cox went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI, while Kremling scored a run while going 2-for-3. What's more, Kremling posted two doubles, the most she's had since back in February of 2024.

Cuero's victory bumped their record up to 8-4-1. As for Rockport-Fulton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-4.

Looking ahead, Cuero will challenge Poth at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rockport-Fulton, they will venture away from home to square off against Orange Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Orange Grove has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.17 runs per game on average), something Rockport-Fulton will no doubt try to take advantage of.
