Basketball Recap: Climax-Scotts Panthers vs. Springport Spartans

It was another big night for Braydon Hawes, who scored 20 points along with eight rebounds and two steals for Springport. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Hawes has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Brody Baum, who scored six points along with two steals and two blocks.
Climax-Scotts has not been sharp recently as the team's lost seven of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season. As for Springport, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-5.
Climax-Scotts will look to defend their home court on Monday against the Panthers at 7:30 p.m. Kellogg is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak. As for Springport, they will head out on the road to square off against the Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
