Soccer Recap: Bellmont Takes a Loss

Bellmont managed to keep up with Huntington North until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Braves came up short against the Vikings, falling 6-1. Bellmont haven't had much luck with Huntington North recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Bellmont's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Huntington North, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-4-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bellmont will venture away from home to take on Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Huntington North, they will head out to challenge Angola at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
