Basketball Game Preview: Grace Christian Academy Crusaders vs. Horizon Science Academy-Southwest Huskies

The Grace Christian Academy Crusaders are taking a road trip to take on the Horizon Science Academy-Southwest Huskies at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Last Friday, Grace Christian Academy lost to Beecher on the road by a 45-28 margin. The Crusaders have struggled against the Bobcats recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Despite the loss, Grace Christian Academy had strong showings from Zoey Baldridge, who went 6 for 15 on her way to 13 points in addition to seven steals and six assists, and Miranda Glenn, who posted six points in addition to four blocks and three steals. That's the most blocks Glenn has posted since back in December of 2023.

Meanwhile, Horizon Science Academy-Southwest had to suffer through a 58-16 loss at the hands of Willows Academy.

Horizon Science Academy-Southwest's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Grace Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 3-12.
