Basketball Recap: Lexington Comes Up Short

Lexington was the 68-64 winner over Chester County when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Lexington Tigers took a 47-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chester County Eagles. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lexington's defeat dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Chester County, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-12.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Lexington Tigers challenge the McNairy Central Bobcats at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chester County, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Riverside at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
