Softball Recap: Rhinelander Takes a Loss

Rhinelander was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 16-0 to the Mosinee Indians. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-0 back in April.

Rhinelander's loss dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Mosinee, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season.

Rhinelander will venture away from home to take on Waupaca at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mosinee, they will challenge Wausau West at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
