With a playoff win on the line, Martin rose to the challenge on Friday. Everything went their way against the Irving Tigers as they made off with an 18-3 win. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won 11 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Martin is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-10-1 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.7 runs over those games. As for Irving, they moved to 14-14-1 with that defeat, which also ended their six-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Martin nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
