The Irvington Vikings will take on the Berean Christian Eagles at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Things were looking good for Irvington after they put the first points on the board on Wednesday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 6-2 to Pittsburg, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The defeat continues a trend for the Vikings in their meetings with the Pirates: they've now lost four in a row.

Irvington got a good showing from Devin Patel, who kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over four innings pitched. Patel has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances.
