Kosciusko came tearing into Saturday's game with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 22 points) and they left with even more momentum. They strolled past the Forest Bearcats with points to spare, taking the game 41-23. That's more bragging rights for the Whippets, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Kosciusko's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Journey Harris, who posted eight points in addition to six boards and three steals. Another player making a difference was Kaleysha Miller, who had eight points and five steals.

Kosciusko smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in nine consecutive contests.

Kosciusko is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.0 points per game. As for Forest, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-4.

Kosciusko will host West Lowndes at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Forest, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Forest Bearcats duke it out with the Sebastopol Bobcats at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
