West Springfield's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to South County on Tuesday. The Spartans never let the Woodson Cavaliers get on the board and left with an 11-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Spartans, who have now won three matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Elaina Primozic was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, five RBI, and two runs. That home run was her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Layla Muten, who scored three runs while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
