Baseball Recap: South Albany Takes a Loss

South Albany fell victim to Central and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Panthers, falling 10-0. The Redhawks have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meeting.

South Albany's defeat dropped their record down to 6-18. As for Central, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-11 record this season.

South Albany has already played their next game, a 15-2 victory against McKay on the 20th. Hopefully Central paid attention to the Redhawks' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Redhawks at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
