Basketball Recap: North Webster Takes a Loss

After flying high against Haynesville last Thursday, North Webster came back down to earth. The North Webster Knights came up short against the Richwood Rams on Friday, falling 65-44. The Knights haven't had much luck with the Rams recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

North Webster's defeat dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Richwood, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 10-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Webster has already played their next matchup (against Summerfield), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Richwood will square off against Sterlington at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sterlington will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Richwood surely won't give up without a fight.
