Basketball Recap: Menchville Comes Up Short

Menchville lost against Kempsville back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Menchville Monarchs fell 69-62 to the Kempsville Chiefs. The Monarchs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Menchville's record now sits at 3-12. As for Kempsville, they pushed their record up to 9-6 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

While Menchville had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
