There's no place like home for Garner, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Clayton Comets on Friday, sneaking past 6-5. This was a revenge game for the Trojans: when they faced off against the Comets last Tuesday, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

Garner now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Clayton, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-6.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Garner will face off against rival Fuquay - Varina at 7:00 p.m. on April 8. Meanwhile, Clayton is set to challenge their familiar foe Cleveland at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
