Basketball Recap: Manchester West Takes a Loss

Manchester West suffered their closest loss since December 20, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of the Merrimack Valley Pride by a score of 65-62. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (59), the Blue Knights still had to take the loss.

Manchester West has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 11-5 record this season. As for Merrimack Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 9-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Manchester West will welcome Milford at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Manchester West is facing Milford at the right time seeing as Milford is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Merrimack Valley, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Hanover at 6:30 p.m. Hanover will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something Merrimack Valley surely won't give up without a fight.
