After a string of five wins, Adairsville's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 47-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the LaFayette Ramblers. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Ramblers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Adairsville's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-8. As for LaFayette, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Adairsville and Cartersville will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played. As for LaFayette, they will be playing at home against Ridgeland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. LaFayette is facing Ridgeland at the right time seeing as Ridgeland is stuck on an 11-game losing streak.
