Basketball Recap: Limon Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Limon lost against Peyton back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Badgers fell 53-47 to the Panthers. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since March 18, 2021, but that streak is no more.

Michael Perry was nothing short of spectacular for Peyton: he shot 46% from the field en route to 29 points and five assists. Perry's big performance that evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Bryce Love, who dropped a double-double with ten points and 11 boards.

Limon now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Peyton, they pushed their record up to 3-0 with the win, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Limon will be home for the holidays to greet Yuma at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Peyton, they will be taking part in a tournament against Colorado Springs Christian at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday.
