Volleyball Recap: Wednesday's Victory Is Miami Beach's 11th in Last 12 Outings

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Miami Beach walked away with it. They put the hurt on the North Miami Pioneers with a sharp 3-0 victory on Wednesday. The Hi-Tides have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Pioneers, too.

Miami Beach is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-2 record this season. As for North Miami, they moved to 17-4 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Miami Beach nor the Pioneers have any future games scheduled.
