Baseball Recap: Fargo/Gage Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Fargo/Gage's offense. They came up short against the Sayre Eagles on Thursday, falling 15-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bearcats of the 10-3 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Fargo/Gage's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Sayre, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 18-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fargo/Gage will head out to challenge Seiling at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Bearcats surely won't give up without a fight. As for Sayre, they will take on Sentinel at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
