Fall Mountain entered their tilt with Hopkinton on Monday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 5-4 W against the Hawks. This was payback for the Wildcats, who suffered a 9-6 loss the last time these two teams met.

The win got Fall Mountain back to even at 4-4. As for Hopkinton, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Fall Mountain is set to challenge their familiar foe Newport at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Hopkinton will face off against rival Bishop Brady at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
