Volleyball Recap: Howard Starts off Right with Win over Southeast Collegiate Prep Academy

Howard took care of business in their home opener (barely) on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Southeast Collegiate Prep Academy Trojans 3-2.

Howard was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-23, 19-25, 25-16, 16-14.

Looking ahead, Southeast Collegiate Prep Academy will challenge Tarboro at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Howard will be paying especially close attention to the Trojans' game: after the Trojans face off against Henderson Collegiate, they'll take on Howard again at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
