With a playoff win on the line, Basic rose to the challenge on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Reno Huskies 3-2. The win was nothing new for the Wolves as they're now sitting on four straight.
The team relied heavily on Lyndon Lee, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April.
Basic's victory bumped their record up to 25-7. As for Reno, their loss dropped their record down to 27-15.
As of now, neither Basic nor the Huskies have any future games scheduled.
