Matthew Whiteside Game Report: vs Jacksboro

On Friday, Matthew Whiteside posted his first game with 100+ receiving yards. He picked up 133 receiving yards and one TD, but sadly City View still had to take a 49-34 loss at the hands of Jacksboro. We think that's the best game he's posted since September 12th, when he forced one fumble and made nine total tackles (1.0 for loss) in addition to snagging an interception.

Looking ahead, Whiteside and City View will square off against Henrietta at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The last time Whiteside duked it out with the Bearcats (back in October of 2024), the Mustangs came out on top by a score of 47-0. Will another strong game from Whiteside be enough to do it again?
