Volleyball Recap: Savannah Christian Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat Richardson

Frisco's game on Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Richardson Eagles by a score of 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Raccoons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 25-17, 23-25, 26-24.

Frisco's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Savannah Christian, who had 16 digs and three assists.

Frisco was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September of 2024.

The victory snapped Frisco's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-4 record. As for Richardson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-5.

Frisco wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Rockwall on the 21st. As for Richardson, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Memorial on the 22nd.
