Basketball Recap: Northeast Comes Up Short

Northeast lost against Madison/Hamilton back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Northeast Vikings might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 52-21 to the Madison/Hamilton Bulldogs, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Northeast's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Madison/Hamilton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northeast will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Crest on January 10, 2025. Madison/Hamilton also won't see the court for a while: their next matchup is against Marais des Cygnes Valley at 8:00 p.m. on January 10, 2025.
