Softball Recap: Marshall County's Undefeated Season over After Five Games

After flying high against Trigg County on Saturday, Marshall County came back down to earth. Marshall County fell 8-5 to the Christian County Colonels on Saturday. The loss was the Marshals' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Marshall County fell to 4-1. As for Christian County, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

While Marshall County had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
