Basketball Recap: Tech Starts Season with Defeat at Home

Tech unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell 51-41 to the Belleville Buccaneers on Saturday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Tech will take on KIPP Newark Lab in a holiday battle at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Belleville, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Newark Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
