Soccer Recap: Trigg County Comes Up Short

After soaring to six goals the game before, Trigg County was a bit more limited in their match on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Murray Tigers by a score of 1-0. If Trigg County were looking for revenge after losing 5-0 to Murray when the teams met back in August of 2021, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Trigg County now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Murray, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-0-1.

Coming up, Trigg County is taking a road trip to face off against Fort Campbell at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Murray, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Marshall County at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
