Basketball Recap: Denver Academy Starts off Right with Win over STEM School Highlands Ranch + How To Watch

Denver Academy took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They blew past the STEM School Highlands Ranch Spartans 73-52. For the Mustangs, this counts as revenge for the 36-35 win the Spartans walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2024.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Denver Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Harrison Dority, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and 12 boards. Those 12 rebounds gave Dority a new career-high. Owen Beams was another key player, dropping a double-double with 13 points and 14 boards.

Coming up, Denver Academy will square off against KIPP Denver Collegiate at 11:45 a.m. on Saturday. As for STEM School Highlands Ranch, they will be playing at home against Twin Peaks Classical Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
