Preview: Laramie vs. Sheridan

Laramie (3-4) takes on Sheridan (1-5) this Friday at 6:00 PM. This could be a nice opportunity for Sheridan as Laramie has a 0-3 record at home.

Last week, Laramie took on South. Laramie's defense put the team in a good position heading into the break, holding South to a measly two points. That put Laramie at a 14 - 2 advantage. The defense continued to do well in the second half, holding South to six points. The game ended up being a comfortable 27 - 8 victory for Laramie.

Meanwhile, Sheridan was outplayed 56 - 6 in its contest against Elizabeth last week. The team got a solid performance out of senior Perrion Gray (he earned one touchdown and 115 yards rushing the ball); unfortunately, it just wasn't enough for the win.

Can Laramie pick up its first back-to-back wins of the season, or will Sheridan prove too much? We'll see soon enough.
