Basketball Recap: Camden Academy Charter Comes Up Short

Camden Academy Charter was the 57-34 winner over Camden County Vo-Tech when they last played one another back in January of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. Camden Academy Charter received a blow on Wednesday as they fell 58-41 to the Camden County Vo-Tech Warriors.

Camden Academy Charter dropped their record down to 0-2 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.5 points per game. As for Camden County Vo-Tech, with the win, they broke their nine-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-1.

Camden Academy Charter won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Shawnee at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Camden County Vo-Tech, they will head out to square off against Pennsauken Tech at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
