Melbourne entered their tilt with Satellite on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Their defense stepped up to hand the Satellite Scorpions a 5-0 shutout. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Scorpions back in November of 2024, they had to take a 2-1 defeat.

Melbourne hit Satellite with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Trent Burgreen (2), Matthew Faucher, Stephan Nicolas, and Rafael Fraia.
