Basketball Recap: Logan/Palco Takes a Loss

Logan/Palco were beaten by the Oakley Plainsmen 69-21 on Tuesday.

Logan/Palco lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Breyer Delimont, who posted seven points and six rebounds.

Alexa Weiser was a one-woman wrecking crew For Oakley. as she almost dropped a double-double with 22 points and nine boards. The dominant performance also gave Weiser a new career-high in steals (eight). Another player making a difference was Chesney Marshall, who put up 17 points and three steals.

Logan/Palco's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Oakley, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Logan/Palco will take on Ellis at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Oakley, they will face off against Dighton at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
