It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Master's Academy can now relate to. They came up short against the Merritt Island Christian Cougars on Tuesday, falling 15-4. The Patriots' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Ada Boesch was cooking despite her team's loss, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with one run and one RBI.

Master's Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 17-5. As for Merritt Island Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-9 record this season.
