Volleyball Recap: Penn Yan Academy Comes Up Short

Penn Yan Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Bloomfield Bombers, falling 3-0. The Mustangs were not able to make up for their loss to the Bombers from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Penn Yan Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Bloomfield, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Coincidentally, Penn Yan Academy and Bloomfield will both be playing Newark the next time they take the court. The Bombers will head out to face the Reds at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Mustangs will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
