After losing to Mountain View Prep the last time they met, Woodruff decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Woodruff Wolverines secured a 52-48 W over the Mountain View Prep Stars on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolverines.

When it comes to explaining why Mountain View Prep lost, don't look at Bryson Drummond. Despite the final result, he posted 15 points and three steals. Drummond is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last ten games he's played. Malachi Ritter was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Woodruff is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season. As for Mountain View Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 8-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Woodruff will welcome Chapman at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Woodruff's favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while Chapman has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
