Green Level proved they can win big last Monday (they won by 20) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Panther Creek Catamounts 49-47. This was a revenge game for the Gators: when they faced off against the Catamounts back in January, they had to take a 47-41 defeat.

Claire Barber continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, en route to 26 points. Stella Eckhart was another key player, to rack up 12 points and five boards.

Panther Creek's loss came despite strong showings from Sasha Boddie and Wynne Kinahan. Boddie dropped a double-double with 20 points and ten rebounds, while Kinahan on her way to 17 points in addition to six assists and four steals. Boddie has been hot for a while, having posted nine or more boards the last nine times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Lilah Penigar, who posted six points and seven rebounds.

Green Level is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season. Panther Creek's loss dropped their record down to 15-9.

Green Level didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 67-62 defeat against Apex Friendship on the 22nd. As for Panther Creek, they have also already played their next game, a 52-43 loss against New Hanover on the 25th.
