Bishop Rosecrans waltzed into their match on Monday with four straight wins... but they left with five. Their defense stepped up to hand the Shenandoah Zeps a 4-0 shutout. Considering Bishop Rosecrans have won six games by more than three goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Bishop Rosecrans' win bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Shenandoah, they moved to 5-6 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Bishop Rosecrans will be playing at home against Logan Elm at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Shenandoah, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Carrollton at 1:00 p.m. on October 4.
