The Covenant had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.3 goals) and they went ahead and made it seven on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 7-0 margin over the North Cross Raiders. The result was nothing new for The Covenant, who have now won six contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting North Cross from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Makayla Hargrove led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

The Covenant pushed their record up to 10-1-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 20 goals over those five games. As for North Cross, they moved to 11-3-1 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
