Scripps Ranch has gone 3-0 against Mission Bay recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Scripps Ranch Falcons will head out to challenge the Mission Bay Buccaneers at 6:00 p.m.

Scripps Ranch's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They won by a goal and slipped past Point Loma 1-0. Ian Bae had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Falcons.

Meanwhile, for the first time since back in December of 2024, Mission Bay was forced to settle for a draw on Tuesday. Neither they nor University City could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

The victory made it two in a row for Scripps Ranch and bumps their season record up to 6-4-1. Mission Bay's draw makes their record 6-1-2 this season.

Scripps Ranch beat Mission Bay 4-2 in their previous meeting back in May of 2021. The rematch might be a little tougher for Scripps Ranch since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
