Baseball Game Preview: Bishop Guilfoyle Marauders vs. Richland Rams

The Bishop Guilfoyle Marauders will head out on the road to square off against the Richland Rams at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Bishop Guilfoyle is coming into the matchup on a five-game losing streak.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Bishop Guilfoyle's offense. They came up short against Hollidaysburg on Tuesday, falling 9-0. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Marauders' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Richland came out on top against Westmont Hilltop on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run first inning. The Rams took their game against the Hilltoppers 8-3. The Rams haven't had any issues with the Hilltoppers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Bishop Guilfoyle's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Richland, their win bumped their record up to 3-4.
