Softball Recap: White County Gets the Win

White County picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Centennial Cougars 9-8.

White County got a big performance out of Kylie Norvell, who went 1-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. Miah Jo Swindell was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.

The win got White County back to even at 8-8. As for Centennial, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. White County will take on Cookeville at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Centennial, they will challenge Ravenwood at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
