Basketball Game Preview: Bulls College Prep Bulls vs. Butler Lynx

The Bulls College Prep Bulls will take on the Butler Lynx at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Last Friday, Bulls College Prep took a blow against Saint Ignatius College Prep, falling 94-29. The Bulls haven't had much luck with the Wolfpack recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Butler). They simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat Hansberry 88-43. Winning may never get old, but the Lynx sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Bulls College Prep better focus on containing Danny Bennett and Julius Hamlin Jr as the pair were huge in Butler's win. Bennett dropped a double-double on 26 points and 11 boards, while Hamlin Jr went 8 of 13 on his way to 19 points in addition to eight assists and seven steals. Bennett's evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Allen Komperda, who went 6 of 7 on his way to 14 points and eight rebounds.

Butler now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Bulls College Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-15.
